Refund & Cancellation policy
If the booking is cancelled within 72 hours prior of check in date – 1 night retention charges willapply. If cancelled prior to 72 hours from the check in date – NIL charges apply.

Child Policy
Child below 6 years will be complimentary without an extra Bed and child above 6 year will beconsidered as extra person in the room inclusive of extra Mattress.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 15 or more days before check in date will be free.

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance but less than 15 days will incur a cancellationcharge of 1 nights tariff.

No shows and cancellations made 0 to 7 days in advance will incur 100% charge of the booking.

In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 5.7% as paymentprocessing charges.

Refund Policy

Amendments will be treated as cancellation.

Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.
